Mobile broadband for computers
T-Mobile offers mobile broadband plans at fixed monthly prices with a choice of fair usage limits and modems and a promise of no extra charges for occasional overuse. T-Mobile's Mobile Broadband Plus and Max price plans also include Wi-Fi hotspot access at locations throughout the UK.

T-Mobile's online shop offers USB modems that support mobile broadband connections up to HSDPA and HSUPA specifications. T-Mobile's broadband network currently provides most customers with speeds of between 1-2 Mbps, with increases up to 4.5Mbps planned for many major UK cities by the end of 2008.
Mobile internet for phones
When buying a new mobile phone on a pay monthly price plan (eg Flext or Combi), customers can choose to add T-Mobile's web n walk to their plan for an additional £7.50 per month. Internet on your phone - also referred to by T-Mobile as web'n'walk - allows customers to browse websites on their phones and includes a fair use policy with a 1GB monthly bandwidth limit.

T-Mobile offers free benefits for business customers including next day phone replacements, dedicated customer services, business voicemail, itemised billing, international option and a 30 day satisfaction guarantee when buying new business mobiles. T-Mobile's online business mobile phone shop features both business-focused and general purpose handsets. For instant / push email, options include BlackBerry phones as well as T-Mobile's own range of PDA-style handsets. The business shop also features general purpose mobile phones from other manufacturers including Nokia, Sony Ericsson and LG. Business customers can also shop online with T-Mobile for mobile broadband deals, with a choice of fixed price plans that include the use of Wi-Fi hotspots.

A further option for personal customers buying from T-Mobile's online shop is U-Fix, a price plan that combines the benefits of traditional mobile phone contracts with the cost control advantages of pay as you go mobiles.
For a fixed monthly price, U-Fix customers receive inclusive minute and text allowances. With regular contracts, it's possible to go over allowances, only finding out the costs of the extra calls and texts when the next bill arrives. U-Fix works differently. If a customer uses up an allowance of calls or texts (or both) within a month, they'll need to "top up" their phone, just as they would with a pay as go mobile phone. As each month ends, so the next month's allowance becomes available. This innovative T-Mobile price plan helps customers stay firmly in control of their mobile phone spend, whilst also enjoying the convenience of a contract phone.
