A very stylish phone with a glossy finish, the Sony Ericsson S500i comes in a choice of Mysterious Green (pictured, also known as Black), Ice Purple, Spring Yellow and the S500i Flowers. Each model features nature-inspired design touches, including special light effects that help to announce incoming calls.

The S500i has a slider cover which, when opened, reveals a 2 megapixel camera on the reverse, with four stage digital zoom. Although this isn't a 3G phone, photos can be still be uploaded to a picture blog and the S500 includes a web browser too.

Designed for fun and leisure users, the Sony Ericsson S500i also offers a music player, stereo Bluetooth, 3D games, predictive texting and a flight mode.
