The Samsung E900 (SGH-E900) is a GSM slider-style phone with a glass-like, touch sensitive control pad area on the outer front casing. When opened, the keypad beneath has flush, well-spaced buttons that respond to being pressed with clearly audible clicks.

The phone's 2 megapixel camera has flash and 4x digital zoom and can record video at CIF (352 x 288) resolution. Video can be shared on a TV via the E900's TV out facility, whilst photos can be sent directly to printers via USB cable or Bluetooth. The phone's customisable menu offers single click access to five chosen functions. The music player also has bespoke controls that light up when in use.

Other features include MP3 and 64-voice polyphonic ring tones, games and email with attachment viewers.
